What if my items are received damaged or defective?
Well that's a bummer, but we are here to make it right. If your Mizzen+Main items arrived damaged or defective, email us at [email protected] and we'll get you a replacement shipped out ASAP.
Can I return or exchange?
We want you to love what you bought, which is why we offer domestic returns and exchanges for items purchased at mizzenandmain.com or at a Mizzen+Main store. You have 30 days to receive a refund to your original form of payment or 45 days to receive
Can I combine returns into one box?
No, if you process two separate returns, you must put each return in their own box with the respective label. Failure to do so, can lead to a delay in refunds, exchanges and store credits being issued.
