Where's my order?
The fastest way to check on your order is through our self-service portal: help.mizzenandmain.com. Log in with your email address to see your order status and tracking info in one place.
You can also find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our facility. Click the tracking link in that email to follow your package directly with the carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, here's what to expect:
- Ground: up to 7 business days
- Express: up to 5 business days
- Overnight: up to 2 business days
Ordered embroidery or Officially Licensed Collegiate Apparel? Those need up to 10–14 business days to produce before they ship. Your tracking link won't activate until the item actually leaves our facility, so hang tight — it's on its way.
I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet
Standard orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. If you ordered embroidery or collegiate gear, give it up to 10–14 business days for production first.
If it's been longer than that and you still haven't heard from us, drop us a line at [email protected] or call 877-958-9626 (M–F, 9–5 CT) and we'll figure out what's going on.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package
Don't panic — this happens more often than you'd think. Try these first:
- Check around your door, with a neighbor, or in your building's mail room
- Give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day before they actually arrive
Still nothing after 24 hours? Contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
