We want you to love what you bought, which is why we offer domestic returns and exchanges for items purchased at mizzenandmain.com or at a Mizzen+Main store.

You have 30 days to receive a refund to your original form of payment or 45 days to receive store credit or exchange for another item. Instant Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. After that period, you can still complete a standard return or exchange if your item is eligible.

Last Chance items (markdowns) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items should be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for credit of any kind. We do not offer any 3rd-party returns or exchanges. Please note, for orders requiring a refund, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. Returns for exchange or store credit will not be subjected to this fee.
