A few things can reduce your refund amount

If your refund came back lower than you expected, here's what gets deducted:

The $5 restocking fee

Every return for a refund to your original payment method has a $5 restocking fee per item. So if you paid $99 for a shirt, you'd get $94 back. Want to skip the fee? Choose store credit or an exchange instead — the fee doesn't apply to either, and store credit never expires.

Your original shipping cost

If you paid for Express or Overnight shipping, that charge isn't refundable. Only the item cost (minus the restocking fee) comes back to you.

Extend Shipping Protection

If you added Extend at checkout, that charge is non-refundable when you return an item.

Discount codes

Your refund is based on what you actually paid — not the full retail price. If you used a code, the discount is already reflected in the item price we refund.
