For domestic US orders, you have up to 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. Open your order confirmation email and use the edit or cancel option on the order confirmation page. If you contact us during the first 20 minutes, Gorgias may be able to process the cancellation for you.

After 30 minutes, orders move into processing and cannot be cancelled. Once your order arrives, head to returns.mizzenandmain.com to start a return.
