Once your order is packed and ready at the store, we will send you a second confirmation email, typically within 4 hours of placing your order. Keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam folder if it does not arrive. That email is your green light to head to the store.

If you placed your order within 2 hours of the store's closing time, your order will be ready the following business day.
