Embroidered items are custom made to order, so production takes up to 14 business days before your order ships.Your shipping choice sets the total time from order to delivery:<ul><li>Ground: up to 21 business days</li><li>Express: up to 16 business days</li><li>Overnight: up to 14 business days</li></ul>Expedited shipping speeds up transit only. It does not shorten production. If you have a deadline like a wedding, event, or gift, we recommend ordering as early as possible. For delivery by December 24, embroidered orders with Ground shipping must be placed by end of day December 2.Once your embroidered order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Embroidery takes up to 14 business days to produce before shipping. Total delivery: up to 21 business days with Ground, 16 with Express, 14 with Overnight.
