Can I update my shipping address?

Whether you can update your address depends entirely on how recently you placed your order.

 Within 30 Minutes of Ordering

You can easily update your address yourself within a 30-minute window of placing your order.

• How to change it: Modify your address directly on the Order Confirmation page right after checkout.

• Closed the tab? Open your Order Confirmation email and click the order link to jump back to that page.

• Important Note on Sales Tax: If your new address changes the sales tax, you'll be prompted to approve the adjusted total. If declined, your order will automatically revert to your original address.

After 30 Minutes

Once 30 minutes have passed, your order is sent straight to our warehouse for processing. Because we work fast to ship your items, we cannot modify or cancel an order after this window.
