Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned. Because each embroidered item is custom made to your specifications, we are not able to accept returns on them.

If there was an error with your embroidery, such as wrong initials, wrong font or color, wrong placement, or a quality issue, reach out to our team with photos of the issue.
