We have some good news and bad news. We are able to transfer your rewards coin balance to one email address if you happen to have two different emails in our system. The bad news is, we are not able to transfer spend between email addresses and there is no way for us to manually boost your status if you’ve been shopping with two different accounts. You will want to make sure that you are always using your primary email address when making purchases.
